Gary Manske is the Founder and CEO of Prairie Growth Solutions, a business coaching and strategic consulting firm that helps entrepreneurs and leadership teams build more profitable, scalable, and well-run companies. With deep experience in strategic sales, marketing, operational leadership, and profit acceleration, Gary has spent his career helping organizations turn growth goals into clear plans and consistent execution.
Gary’s background includes senior leadership roles working closely with Microsoft as both a vendor and partner, along with executive experience across manufacturing, technology, customer service, and other industries. He founded Prairie Growth Solutions in 2024 with a simple mission: deliver practical, actionable strategies that increase profits, streamline operations, and help business owners reach their goals with more clarity and confidence.
